Annual General Meeting and Sign-up 5th February 2023

PonyExpress

Welcome to 2023!

Our AGM will be at the usual place at Baz and Von’s at Yengarrie, please contact us if you need directions.
We will need some new committee members due to retirements of long serving members. The tasks are not very onerous and can be performed by anyone, probably an hour or two a month will be the most this should take and training will be provided. So please come forward and keep our club going.
We will also discuss the ride calendar for the year, please bring your ideas and/or offers to host a ride.
I’m afraid we will have to make do without Baz’s damper, but you are welcome to bring your own lunch (BBQ available).
Please bring your interested friends to this gathering, new riders are always welcome. No horses yet, the first ride will probably be later this month. The membership form has been uploaded to this website’s download page (see link below), it would be great if you could bring the filled in form with you, thanks.

There is also a short description of the various committee positions to give you an idea of what would be required.

We hope to see you all there to start another year of great riding!
